How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the destination country. Within Germany, shipping is free from an order value of €99; below that it costs €4.99. You can find the rates for all other countries on our Shipping costs & delivery time page. The final amount is shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Germany: 3–5 business days. Most EU countries: 5–7 business days. Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland and Serbia: 7–10 business days. Delivery times apply to items in stock and start once payment has been received.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information, where available.
Can I withdraw from my order?
Yes. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Just send us a clear statement, for example by email to info@hakunamatte.com. All details are on our Cancellation & returns page.
Where do I send my return?
Please send returns to: Lufapak GmbH, Carl-Borgward-Str. 20, 56566 Neuwied, Germany. Please let us know about your withdrawal before sending the parcel.
